He recounts his humble beginnings from a small mining town in the north of England to the heady heights of Hollywood working with movie stars and icons of the film and music industry, including Tina Turner, Celine Dion and Bryan Adams.
This entertaining and thought provoking show is punctuated with acoustic and brand new arrangements of his compositions from Blockbuster movies like Three Men & A Baby, American Anthem, Schwarzenegger’s The Running Man and his U.S. number 1 hit St Elmo’s Fire (Man in Motion) written for wheelchair athlete Rick Hansen who went on to wheel 25,000 miles around the globe in aid of spinal research.www.johnparr.net Venue
